I really like this cook book.
I love her books. I love her shows. I wish that you could air her old shows regarding home eck. I saw the previews of them during chefbiograhy, thought it was great. She gives so many ideas in intertaining, which is very helpful. The recipes easy to follow and the ingredents are easy also. simple.......i like it simple. Thank you Dana

Salmon is delicious, healthy, and oh-so-easy to prepare. Here's what you need to know about shopping for it: Wild salmon is deep red in color and has a richer taste. Farmed salmon is pinker, milder and much less costly. If you can buy wild salmon, definitely opt for it.
