Scoop and Sift (3-c.) by Cuisipro

Way easier to measure and sift flour. The sifter cleans up a thousand times easier than my old metal one. Great prduct.

I have been looking for a good sifter, since the old one my mother-in-law gave me years ago fell apart. The old one had to be at least 40 years old. I bought one kind of like it, but it didn't do a good job sifting. The 3-, cup & sifter by Cuisipro is wonderful, I only wish that they made a bigger one. I have many of their products.

This does just what it says it does. However, it's to big you can't put it in most cannisters that I've ever seen in most normal family homes. Maybe if you had a bigger kitchen and larger cannisters. It works well but you have to clean it and put it away after each use rather then keeping it inside the cannister. If you know how big it is before you buy it, and you're okay with that, then it's a good deal. I'm from the South I usually keep a scoop in my flour cannister but this wouldn't fit inside of it. But I have used it and it does works. I kept it rather than return it.

This is easy to use and a great size, the only thing I could have wished for was some sort of measurement markings.
