I love the steak plate and it works well. It was quite large and heavy which are the only drawbacks with it. It heats fairly evenly with less direct heat having to be applied. I will enjoy many steaks and chops with it.

We grilled chicken breasts. They were juicy, tender with a nice smoky flavor. We really enjoyed them. We have to practice on marinades and cleaning the grill
