After one time in the dishwasher, I have two cereal bowls with chips. Very poorly made, not happy at all

Finally, a set of dishes that I like and they have a nice size/shape mug instead of a cup and saucer. Nice deep color, goes perfectly with other pieces of stoneware I have. Heavy, so if you're looking for a light weight, this is not for you. But we love the feel. And, the shape is so stylish, I thought I wanted square but these plates are perfect, a combination of round and square. Who says you can't fit a square peg in a round hole? Love these dishes.

Beautiful, but...

I love these dishes - they are large, they are high on the edges, the mugs are deceptively large (which I love). However, I have washed the bowls 2 times in the dishwasher and one has chipped! I'm extremely disappointed because they are so nice. Not sure what I could have done differently to avoid the chipping, because I would've done it.

I knew what I was looking for

I live in the southwest near Mexico, so I have several pieces of talevera pottery from Mexico that I have used as accent pieces. When I saw the great lemon zest color, I purchased the 16 piece place setting to add a beautiful color base to the already striking accent pieces. I plan to add to those colors with some of the other varieties from Rachael's square round dinnerware. They arrived perfectly, and look wonderful on my table.
