Layer cakes, bar cookies, scones and more will turn out just lovely using this 9-inch Round Cake Pan by Doughmakers. Designed by three sisters, Doughmakers bakeware offers good old-fashioned quality, starting with a heavy gauge of solid aluminum. Each pan surface features an Original Pebble Pattern that is not a coating but a texture that's embossed right into the pan. The Original Pebble Pattern offers the benefits of nonstick without the chance of peeling. It also holds grease and flour better and allows air to circulate properly for even baking. Doughmakers pans have strong edges to prevent warping, extra depth and straight sidewalls for professional results. It's craftsmanship you can count on every time you bake.

I know many are concerned with having a non-stick surface - I am not. However, I get more than expected with that surface in the way this product was designed. These pans are deeper than I expected - a good thing! Also, the pans' designers thought of how to pick up the pans with a lip that makes this easy. I'd been considering a new set of cake pans for a while and looked around. I had not seen these
I bake bread frequently. These pans cooked my dinner rolls evenly without sticking. I only wish these were dishwasher safe but willing to suffer through it for the quality they offer. <br> My daughter is the cake baker. I got these for her but no experiences yet to offer opinion.
This is a good product. The pan has straight sides, and rounded top edges. I like the shape of the baked product. The handles make removal from the oven easy. I think it bakes evenly and does not stick to the pan if removed while still warm.
Nice weight and depth. Be careful to read instructions - you can't use nonstick sprays. I use parchment paper and butter. Wish it were stainless steel.
This cake pan is really nice! It has high sides and is made really well. I really like this aluminum cake pan. It is not a dark coated pan which makes this a great pan. You do not have to remember to turn the oven temperature down. I have bought a lot of the Doughmakers pans for this reason.

Rather than simply buttering-and-flouring your cake pans, and worrying that your cake will stick, go one step further: butter your pan, then cut out a round circle of parchment paper and place it inside the pan. Then, butter and flour the paper. When you cake comes out, simply peel off the paper and you're done.
