Ramekins (Set of 6) by HIC Porcelain

I am very impressed with the high quality of this product. I use them for creme brule. The overall finish is great . I especially like how smooth the bottoms are finished. I really liked the weight of these. Not very deep which is perfect for 1 person/serving. Cooks items evenly and quickly

Quality of product could be better. There is a blue stamp on the bottom of each ramekin that did not come off in the wash, but did come off during baking.

i made creme brulee with these and they came out beautifully perfect. i got my dishes on time and nothing was broken. i purchased other ramekins from another company and were delivered broken. again thanks food tv i'm very happy. :o)

I purchased these ramekins for creme brulee. The size is substantial for this dessert but that's I wanted! They are perfect!
