not my kind of cookbook

I love the concept. LOOK AND COOK. My only problem with the cookbook, is I thought it would be really great with all the how to pictures, but the types of food were my problem. So many of the ingredients are just impossible to purchase in small town rural Iowa. I did not even know what 1/2 of the ingredients were. I kept one, returned two of them for replacements. My fault, I ordered these books for myself and my two young adult kids. I kept mine, but returned the two for the kids. We love Rachael, and her show., I just ordered the wrong kind of cookbook. Love the other products I ordered though. Keep em coming.

I love Rachel Ray but found this particular cookbook unappealing. I am planning on returning it. I WILL, however, continue to purcase items from the website...love the Food Network website and magazine!!

Too high sodium recipes

We are very careful about our sodium content and the majority of the recipes seem awful high in sodium content. Hopefully I'll make them without salt or Chix broth and they still will turn out OK.

Very few recipes I would use. Returned my order. No nutritional information. I need to know - calories, carbs, fat and fiber. I hate to tell you this but, LTD has this book for just $11.95 in the Winter Favorites 2010 catalog. I just received this with an order on 11/12/2010.
