I have this knife myelf & had ordered one for my friends B day. I had ordered it way in time for it to get here by her b day, but find I won't be getting it till her b day is way over. For this I'm really, really disappointed!! Now I have to think of something else she can get on that day.

It's an unusual shape for me, so it's taking a bit of getting use to. As for questions 2 & 3 I'm unable to give an honest answer. I've only used the knife a few times.
