From Mediterranean to Mexican, bistro to burgers, she mixes and matches everyone's favorite cuisines to create meals that are loaded with flavor and super-easy to make. She divides the recipes into three categories: Meals for the Exhausted, Meals for the Not Too Tired, and Bring It on! (But Be Gentle!). This is just one of many I have purchased and as with the others I love it. The menus are tasty and simple to follow - which is what I'm always looking for.

Love, love, love it!!!
by Jessica, TX

I have paid so much money for the 'best' cookbooks and when I got them, I didn't even know what some of the ingredients were. Rachael Ray's cookbooks are fabulous! She's down-home and cooks like I do for my family! I could not be happier with the purchase. And to make it even better, I paid less than $15.00 for the book with shipping! Gotta love Rachael Ray!

Love this cookbook!
by Lucy, AL

I'm a "so so" cook. However, I started watching 30 Minute Meals a couple of months ago and thought I would try some of Rachael Ray's 30 minute meals. I tried several meals out of this cook book. It was easy to figure out what items I needed to buy or have on hand. I still am a "so so" cook, but my husband and son really liked the pizza. I love the beans and spinich dish myself. I'll keep on cookin' and hope practice makes perfect. Many thanks for giving a so so cook some confidence.

Meals
by Stephen, LA

I as a single man find these recipes that Rachel has put in this cookbook to be a lifesaver when it comes to quick healthy meals. I watch Rachel on her show daily and I truly do learn a lot about cooking and other things. But as far as this book is concerned for the ease and time it takes to make a meal, there is no comparison. I love to cook but only if it is for more than myself. This book gives me simple quick meals that are easy to do. I like it cause the time is favorable as far as getting food into my mouth. Thanks Rachel.

Liquids in a covered pot will come to a boil much faster than liquids in uncovered pans, due to the trapped heat.
