All I can say is Wow I'm in knife heaven. This set has meets all my cutting needs. The knifes are first rate. They are perfectly balanced in my hand, the grip improves my cutting skills and the heavy very sharp blade makes cutting a joy. Thank you.

Purchased a set after I had been using the 5" & 7" Furi East/West knives for over a year. After being at my daughter's house for a weekend and doing some of the cooking, I found that I hated using her flimzy knives and had to purchase a set for her too, which she also loves. I no longer use any of my other knives that I now have shoved into a drawer.

I really love the grips,& compact design... the knifes are sharp..But the East/West knife is very small...it really needs to be an inch or 2 longer....

Loved the knives, Hated the "bamboo block". I returned the set due to the tall wobbly bamboo block. It looked and felt cheap and tipped over easily with the knives in it!. I suggested a shorter, more square and sturdy block to the Rachel Ray customer suggestion inquiry. I will keep watching to see if they offer a better block in the future. If they do I will reorder and try again.

I absolutely love this set! The set has all the pieces necessary for food preparation. The Bambo Base is lovely and the orange handles of the knives add an extra boost of color to my kitchen. The knives are sharp and are easy to use.
