They are the best knives I've ever used both as a professional and and everyday at home cook.. I well for sure tell friends about them that is for sure. We love them!! But one question comes up and that is this; Are they a forever sharp knife or do we have sharpen them after a while????? They are a heavier knife that I had but are the best. I can handle and hold them the way I was taught to when I started cooking a way back "when".. I've been cooking amost all my life and these knives are the best I've used in a long,long time believe me..

PS I did alot cooking in the Military and in restraunts here and there. I also am a professionally trained cook from college in Washingto State. I have cooked for many people but now only for my wife and I .. Again we love the produce how about a rating of 5 stars??

These knives cut really smoothly and it was at a good deal. It's so worth the money.
