The only thing I'm not really happy about are the scissors...I know they are used for cutting bone/meat but it would be nice to have a nice pair of kitchen scissors in the block as well....they would be used more and you wouldn't need to use a knife to open packages.

Hands down these are the best knives I have ever owned. My husband is even offering to help me prep and cook because these are so easy to use.

Awesome knives, very very sharp - love the handles - best Knife Block Set I have ever purchased!! If you are considering them purchase them you will love them!

Only draw back is the wooden holder sits too high and won't fit under the cabinet. The handles are great; won't slip.

This set is what people mean when they say quality. A knife should be sharp. These are. A quality set should be a source of pride and satisfaction. This knife set hits the mark.
