They are the best knives I've ever used both as a professional and and everyday at home cook.. I well for sure tell friends about them that is for sure. We love them!! But one question comes up and that is this; Are they a forever sharp knife or do we have sharpen them after a while????? They are a heavier knife that I had but are the best. I can handle and hold them the way I was taught to when I started cooking a way back "when".. I've been cooking amost all my life and these knives are the best I've used in a long,long time believe me..

These knives cut really smoothly and it was at a good deal. It's so worth the money.

I haven't really used them to often. But they cut very smoothly and effortlessly. So, so far so good. And I really love the handles. It helps a lot when your hands are kinda wet from washing but it doesn't slip when you cut. The only problem I have was the price.

After years of buying less than premium knives, I had to have these. They are INSANELY ( is that really a word? ) sharp. A great addition to my kitchen. They fit my hands well and have surpassed my expectations. If you're in the market for new knives, don't think twice and buy these.

The knives are great it is nice to finally have a sharp set of knives I am thinking of buying another set for my parents they are so nice. Great knives

I bought this knife set for a girlfriend for Christmas. I also have a set. I love them and so does she. They are great.

I purchased these knives for my wife, when she opened them she was so suprised, & thrilled, she has since used them with great success, they are sharp enough to do precision cutting,the're easy to grip with no slip worries, she has used most of them & with the holidays coming on probally use them all. Anyone who gets these will be proud to have them.

I had used this knife at my cousin's, who lives in Atlanta, GA so I had a good idea of its quality & performance before ordering the set. However, after receiving & using the knife set I was thrilled with the performance, quality of workmanship,modern look and the great balance of the handles. Also, the beautiful butcher's block really adds to the beauty of my kitchen! Simple; easy to use, sharp, attractive, the only question is longevity?

Excellent product! My wife really loves them and they are very sharp knives. So sharp in fact a buddy was going to take one and use it for butchering a chicken when his knife failed. She said "I dont think so!" They stay in the house. Would recommend to anyone that wants sharp and easy to handle knives.

The knives are really nice but they don't fit in the bamboo block as pictured. Not a big deal I just hate looking at knives that don't all line up in the block. Other than that this is a great set for a home chef. The knives are well balanced and extremely sharp.

I got the knives for my parents because I had used them before and the grips are wonderful when your hands are wet or if your dexterity isn't what it used to be. The blades are of good quality and stay nice and sharp. I like the way they handle.

I think these knives are wonderful! They are sharp, attractive and I really like the grips. I have cut myself on several occasions when knives have slipped out of my wet hands. The handles are made in a way where the grip is really sturdy and does not slip. I would recommend these knives to anybody. In fact, I liked them so much, I order Racheal Ray's pot set.

I really like the knives I purchased. However, I was disappointed to find that they were made in China. The description on the website led me to believe they were made in Australia. This was very misleading.

These knives are so sharp....and they are beautiful to look at! the block could be a little wider for better stability, but it is not bad. Totally worth it!
