I was really looking forward to getting this Furi Knife because I had read good things about them. If you are looking for a professional quality Sankotu style knife, save your money and don't buy this one.

The main problems include:

- Blade heavy balance due to the rubber handle cover rather than heavier all metal, wood or composite handles.

- Silicon typ soft rubber handle cover appears cheap and unworthy of a knife of this quality and price range.

- Blade quality is mediocre at best. Stainless with a high carboon content. Does'nt maintain an edge as well as other qulity knive,, e.g. global etc.

It is the only knife you need in your kitchen!

I love this knife. Chopping is so fun now!

I have never owned a knife that was so well balanced and had such a great handle grip. I will make sure all my kitchens will have these knives. Great jor FURI and Rachael Ray.

This humble looking knife is razor sharp, and slices through pretty much anything you want. The handle is easy to hold onto, and easy on the hands. And it looks so cool hanging on my magnetic knife holder!
