What do I have for dinner tonight?
by Gwenda, TX

This book really resolves that problem (unless you have a hard time making decisions). The choices are many & my family & friends have enjoyed everything I have cooked. This is a great way to entertain without all the work other cookbooks involve. The recipes present well on the plates plus, they really taste great.

Having watched Ray on TV and liking what I saw with foood preparation, I was disappointed in the book. This is difficult to explain but somehow the recipes are unexciting and rather repititious. Boring.

I bought this cook book for my mom for her birthday. Of course being a guy, I didn't wrap it, but when she saw it she started to read all the many recipes. She was so excited to try some of them out. If you or someone you know loves the Food Network and/or Rachael Ray, this cookbook is right for you/them. I aml pretty sure that whoever recieves this book will be full of joy and excitment. Prefect gift for the cooks in our lives!

Recipes that call for wine do so to enhance the flavor of the dish- so it's not the time to use that half-opened bottle of red that's been sitting in your fridge for a month. If you wouldn't drink it, then don't cook with it.
