This book really resolves that problem (unless you have a hard time making decisions). The choices are many & my family & friends have enjoyed everything I have cooked. This is a great way to entertain without all the work other cookbooks involve. The recipes present well on the plates plus, they really taste great.
Rachel cooks up some traditional dishes with some new twists. The recipes are easy to follow and the dishes tastes great, yum-o!! There is something for everyone.
Having watched Ray on TV and liking what I saw with foood preparation, I was disappointed in the book. This is difficult to explain but somehow the recipes are unexciting and rather repititious. Boring.
I bought this cook book for my mom for her birthday. Of course being a guy, I didn't wrap it, but when she saw it she started to read all the many recipes. She was so excited to try some of them out. If you or someone you know loves the Food Network and/or Rachael Ray, this cookbook is right for you/them. I aml pretty sure that whoever recieves this book will be full of joy and excitment. Prefect gift for the cooks in our lives!
I work from 8-10 hours a day, I leave early come home late, this cook book is priceless to me. I can whip up a meal that is fantastic in 30 minutes or so. Love it, love it, love it.
