I looked in just about every store for these tartlet pans. Nobody seems to carry them. Then, I tried the internet. The food network had just what I needed. They are made very well and are heavy duty. I would recommend these pans to anyone who is looking for them.

Nice set of pans

I bought these thinking that they were cheap enough that if they didn't work out, I could toss them, no harm done. But upon recieving them, I found that they are a set of well made pans with enough material to be rugged.
Handy to use, easy to clean, perfect for mini quiche. Mini key lime and Boston cream are next. Well worth the money! I am buying another set.

These are made in France and are solid and strong, no fear of them bending or warping. It's hard to find these out in the stores, so finding these at all and at a reasonable price is a no brainer. I recommend them.

I love making little indivual tarts of different kinds. This way everyone can have what they like. Again easy clean up and removal of whatever you have in the pan. I use them often. Angie NNK, VA

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

To easily trim dough to fit once it's been pressed into a tart or quiche pan, simply roll a rolling pin over the edge; the extra dough hanging off the edge will be trimmed off. Tart pans are also great for making a deep dish Chicago-style pizza.
