I love making little indivual tarts of different kinds. This way everyone can have what they like. Again easy clean up and removal of whatever you have in the pan. I use them often. Angie NNK, VA

Good Product, Exactly What I Needed
by Fay, TX

I was a little concerned that these tart pans would be light weight. They just looked that way. But they were just right. With the removeable bottoms it is so much easier to remove the finished tarts. There was a lot riding on this purchase, because I was making 16 tarts for a special dinner at a restaurant, and it was my 'guest chef debut'. These pans and the committed delivery date both exceeded my expectations. Thank you

Quiche/Tartlet pans w/Removable Bottom
by Linda, NJ
March 16, 2009

I had found a wonderful recipe for Chocolate Tartlet with Butter Orange Cookie crust but didn't have the pans. So I searched on cooking.com and found these. I needed to be able to freeze the tarts prior to the baking. I was nervous about removing the tarts after being frozen. The removable bottoms allowed the tarts to POP right out. I am very please with this product.

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

To easily trim dough to fit once it's been pressed into a tart or quiche pan, simply roll a rolling pin over the edge; the extra dough hanging off the edge will be trimmed off. Tart pans are also great for making a deep dish Chicago-style pizza.
