I have a very expensive knife set, the blades stay sharp, once they are sharpened, but I have never had a sharpener easy enough to use. This is amazing...does a fabulous job and the price can't be beat.

I ordered this model and another $10 knife sharpener. The cheaper performed better and took up much less precious kitchen space.
