  • We recommend rinsing your grater in warm water immediately after each use. Remove trapped particles from the non-sharp side whenever possible. To remove trapped particles on the front, first soak the tool in warm water and then use a cleaning brush to stroke in the same direction as the teeth
  • Store with blade covered when not in use

    This grater is super sharp. I discovered this when I sliced off a tip of my fingernail. I love this grater. Most of the time, I can't find my box grater, and this one can be tucked away in a utensil drawer. A word of warning; use the cover to keep it covered while in the drawer so you don't slice a finger when you grab it.
