Bread pan works as promised
by Barbara, NC

Bread bakes well in this pan and comes out easily. It is important to note the instructions to lower the oven temperature a bit for the pan to work at its best.

I have never been much of a bread baker, but this pan has given me success! The bread tips right out with no sticking. The loaf cooks evenly with a nice crust. Clean up was a breeze! I highly recommend this pan for beginners like myself.

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

For a crisp crust on home-baked bread, use the power of steam while baking. Simply fill an 8 x 8" baking dish with boiling water and place on the bottom of your oven when you put your bread in.
