The Chicago Metallic Professional line combines heavy-weight metal with durable nonstick baking surfaces for no sticking and easy cleanup. Included in this set are two Jelly Roll Pans for dozens of cookies, rows of hors d'oeuvres and more, and a bonus Cooling Grid that keeps your cookies crisp as they cool.
I bought this specifically to bake cooking for a friends birthday and I was not disappointed. They are large enough to bake 12 nice sized cookies per tray. The cooling rack was an added bonus.
This set of Jelly Roll pan and cooling Grid is such great quality for the inexpensive price! I use the cooling Grid on top of the Jelly Roll Pan and put Bacon on it and make in the oven-it works so good....without the greasy mess on the stove! and the jelly roll pans double as a cookie sheet for baking! They're very well made-a lot more "heavier" than your average cookie sheet, but sure not going to bend and distort like some cookie sheet pans! I'm buying some more as gifts because my Mom and Mother-in-law liked them s much!
These pans are heavy, durable and very easy to clean. I love them!
These pans are the GREAT for the best new way to cook vegetables--oven-roasting. Heavy enough to carmelize, easy to clean.
i use the grid for cooking, not just cooling. would buy separate fitted grid if offered.
pans are heavy (in a good way)!
solid feel. great deal.

When freezing summer berries, spread them out in a single layer on baking sheets and freeze overnight. Then, transfer to freezer bags for storage. Freezing them individually before bagging them prevents the berries from freezing together, which means they'll be recipe-ready whenever you are.
