When you first pick up this pan you know right away this is one pan that will never warp. It also says non-stick and it truly is. If you purchase this product you will never regret it.

The heavy weight of the pan makes a big difference when making oven baked french fries.

I have had similiar pans in the past, different size though and they lasted a really long time (10-15 yrs?). I was cooking for 6 or more at the time, daily.

Not the best price

I like the jelly roll pan by Chicago Metallic for several reasons. It is made well, does not warp in the oven and cooks evenly, to name a few. I was disappointed in the price when I found the same pan at Bed Bath and Beyond for a few dollars less and I had a coupon and that would have me more.

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

When freezing summer berries, spread them out in a single layer on baking sheets and freeze overnight. Then, transfer to freezer bags for storage. Freezing them individually before bagging them prevents the berries from freezing together, which means they'll be recipe-ready whenever you are.
