Absolutely the BEST!!! Toba is one of the most gifted cake decorators of my time. Great learning tool for all.
Truly an amazing book.. Toba Garrett is an amazing decorator/teacher. Would recommend this book to anyone starting out or even advanced decorator...
This book is really more like a textbook for the cake decorator. It is great! It takes you step by step through different decorating techniques so that you learn to do them the right way. It is an excellent resource.

And the price on cooking.com is BY FAR the best I have seen for this anywhere...
Very few usable pictures. Instructions are not very clear. Overall not a very good decorating book. There are a lot of good recipes in the back, but these can be found in other books that are put together much better.

When measuring flour, you'll want to do it carefully as to not mess up the proportions of your recipe. Use a spoon or scoop to loosely fill a solid measuring cup with flour, mounding in the center. Then, use a knife to scrape the excess off from the top. (Hint: instead of just brushing it into the garbage, save this excess flour to use on your work surface later on.)
