I purchased Anne's book as Christmas presents for family members.
Anne is a lot like me - assertive and no-nonsense. I even wear my hair like her! This book is easy-to-follow and has great ideas for small plates and appetizers, but mostly the tips and techniques will keep you sane in your kitchen.

Perhaps I missed the piece - that the autograph from Ann was a card loose in the book - the pictures were true to claim but I really did not find the recipes to my taste and surprisingly did not find one that I am dying to try - good price and quality and arrived very quickly -
I enjoy watching Chef Anne's shows and the book mimicks her shows. She is always entertaining and informative. I learned new techniques, refresh my basics, and enjoyed trying the new receipies.
