I ordered this book at the same time I ordered the sushi making kit, (I recieved the kit in a couple days) but did not recieve it for almost 2 weeks after the sushi kit arrived making it a difficult thing to research before i actually made sushi. The book is easy to understand and well written, but it came from a different store than the kit and therefore I was less than happy at how long it took to get to me.
I bought this book as a christmas present, I looked through the book and thought it was well explained. I liked looking at the pictures and the directions were very easy to follow. I think my present will be well received.
