The Stovetop Smoker works great with all meat, seafood, and poultry dishes and it transforms ordinary vegetables into delicious main courses! Larger items like turkeys or hams can be smoked as well by simply making an aluminum foil tent to cover the item when you cook it, instead of using the smoker lid. Versatile, the Camerons Smoker also doubles as a steamer for vegetables and other foods. Made of commercial-quality, stainless steel. Includes an instruction/recipe booklet, a sampler of 4 different wood smoking chips, and a stainless steel rack.

We really like this smoker for making small amounts, such as for dinner. We have done about 5 different things in the last couple weeks. They all come out with the right amount of smokey flavor. It also doesn't smoke up the house and you don't have to go outside in the cold.
I bought this stove top smoker and used the next day to smoke some pork. The pork came out juicy and tender and perfectly smoked, I am looking forward to trying again with fish and vegetables. It is a perfect size for a small family or even a small get together with friends, just enough to have some fun.
This stove top/grill top smoker is fantastic. Made an interesting smoked fresh polish sausage w/apple wood and mesquite smoked ribs were great. Looking forward to new and exciting treats. Thanks to Guy Fieri and the Oakland Raider fans who turned me on to this smoker.
The smoker lid did not fit tight enough so smoke was always escaping. Also the smoky flavor was too overpowering which made the salmon dish not very good.
