This is a great roasting rack with plenty of clearance above the roasting pan. It cleans easily in the sink or dishwasher. My only complaint would be that it is bulky and required rearranging my cabinet to store it away.
The rack was great, but too big for my roasting pan. Would love the same thing and same quality, only in a smaller size.
It seems all good cooking equipment is expensive these days. At $25 this roasting rack (although not cheap) is a great value compared to others. The quality is fantastic and it is much larger than expected. You could definitely roast a 20lb turkey on this rack. I would highly recommend this item!
This roasting rack is very well made. Buyer beware however, that it is a large roasting rack that does not fit in a standard size roasting pan, the rack does not fold and it has no flexibility. Other than that, it was a good roasting rack for the price.

Despite what you might think, washing chicken before cooking is not a good idea- it will just get bacteria all over the sink. Properly cooking it- to an internal temperature of 180 degrees F in the thigh- kills all the bacteria.
