This book includes everything you could want. It tells you a lot about the ingredients you'll need. It has great pictures for everything in the book, as well as, pictures to show you how to accomplish certain food prep requirements. It has a lot more recipies than I expected, and is split up well into sections (i.e.- There are separate sections for fish, poultry, fried rice, soup, etc.) The recipies are also easy to make, and the book includes meal plans to help you make enough food, and the right food combinations, if serving many people.
