I really love this cookbook. There are a wide variety of unique, for the most part easy recipes that serve 24. The recipes are clearly printed and give both volume and weight for all ingredients...It even tells you what type of equipment to use....I love that since I am going to cook for a large Church group...and need all the suggestions I can get...I found easy to double or triple the recipes as needed.
