Requested by several of our guests, we're happy to add this item to our list of handy cook's tools. The Adjust-a-Cup Measuring Cup is perfect for messy ingredients like shortening, peanut butter, honey, or heavy syrups, but you can use it with equally pleasing results with both wet and dry ingredients like milk and flour. There are several ways to use this tool. First, use it to measure a single item such as peanut butter: simply lift the outer, clear plastic sleeve until you see the desired measurement, fill, then (using the interior, aluminum canister as a plunger) push the ingredient out as you hold onto the plastic outer sleeve. You can also use it to measure several ingredients at once: after filling with your first ingredient, move the sleeve up to the desired measurement of your second ingredient, fill, then continue until all ingredients are inside. Then push them out into your bowl. This smart tool measures in pints, cups, ounces, milliliters.

The Pro Adjust-a-Cup in a beautiful champagne satin finish replaces 7 conventional measuring cups. Its sleeve easily slides and seals for liquid and dry ingredients. It is great for sticky ingredients like shortening, honey, or peanut butter. It is made from durable metal and polymer for a long life and it is dishwasher safe.

Bought this to replace a much worn Pampered Chef version. Found that this slides better and is easier to use.

IT WAS NOT WHAT I HAD EXPECTED. IT WAS HARD TO PUT TOGETHER AFTER TAKING IT APART. I WANTED TO RETURN IT AND I WISHED I HAD ORDERED THE 2C SIZE FOR THE PRICE OF THE PRO-ADJUST-A-CUP.

This is a handy little measuring cup. I hate trying to scrape things out of the traditional measuring cups. This little gem is a must for all cooks and bakers whether you cook and bake a lot of a little. Love it!

Great idea!

This was actually purchased as a gift, as is how I got the one I've used for years in my own kitchen. Personal experience is that this is the only measuring cup needed - it works with dry or wet, gets sticky stuff out easily, and cleans up with little effort. My friend was delighted as well, and put this handy gadget right to work!

I saw this item on GOOD EATS & had to have one. I hate trying to get peanut butter, corn syrup, etc. out of regular measuring cups. This makes it so nice & easy. Works as advertised. Thanks, Michelle Dayton, TN

I bought this as a replacement for my original, much loved, 20 yr.old model (the measurements were totally worn off!) and was delighted to find it's now even better! I think every kitchen should have this product.

Makes measuring those difficult items like shortening, mayo, molasses, etc. a piece of cake. Plan to order one for a friend.

This is a great looking bag but, it's much smaller than I anticipated. If you use containers for lunch portions, you can't fit very much in here.

accurate measuring.

It is a little tricky to get to the right measurment, but once there I think more accurate then cups. It just moves up and down a little jerky but for the most part I really liked it!

Pro Adjust-A-Cup
by Lois, MA
August 19, 2009

I have only used it once so far, and so far, so good. I bought a total of four of them because I had heard that it was a very handy kitchen gadget. I'm planning to give the other 3 as small gifts in December to my 3 grown children. It's a bit unusual to get used to the way you have to carefully twist it, but then it's fine.

Great way to measure sticky liquids
by karen, FL
December 21, 2009

I saw Alton Brown using this product on Food Network's "Good Eats". He recommends it and now I do too. The measuring cup can be used to measure any type of food product but does exceptionally well with sticky additives like honey or oil.

The Pro Adjust-A-Cup is an awesome product. It is very easy to use and read. It makes measuring thing like honey, syrup, peanut butter and other things like that a breeze. And the best thing is that you can get all of your ingredients out of the cup and into your mixing bowl.
