I use the frother to mix powdered solutions in water and milk. It works great for that purpose, and I assume it works well with frothing, although I have never used it for that purpose. I had a similar one that was much heavier and the switch was on top co-located with the battery housing. This design is much better for use and changing the battery.

I found that flavored coffees can lump using a spoon to I bought a Milk Frother. No more lumps. This is my second frother because my other one got bent durning our kitchen remodel. If anything happens to this one you can bet I'll be back for another.
