The only thing that was not really given in the info was what you can cook in it, Example you would not be able to fit a whole chicken in it. That would make a big difference.

I love this pressure cooker. It is sturdy and cooks the food with much flavor retention. It is not too large and ideal for one person. Plus, it has two different pressure settings - low and high, which most p-cookers don't offer. Pressure cooking takes time to learn but once you become familiar with cooking times and pressure settings for your favorite foods, this pot can be a real time saver. I especially enjoyed the cookbooks received with this purchase.

This pan does a good job. My roast and vegetables were very good. You do need to be near to keep the pressure adjusted correctly.

this was probably one of the best purchases we made! we use the cooker everyday (from rice to stews) and can whip up meals quick. we had a slow cooker but ended up putting it in storage since this is all we need. my husband LOVES it!

Kuhn Rikon 3.75 anniversary edition
by Phyllis, WA

I have another top brand pressure cooker and I purchased this small Kuhn Rikon to complement the larger cooker. The KR pressure cooker is much easier to use and worth every penny. It is well made and easy to use. My husband and I spend two months a year living in a wall tent and the pressure cooker replaces my microwave for speedy cooking. I love it! My only regret is that I didn't buy a duo set. I will be getting rid of my other larger cooker and replacing it with another Kuhn Rikon.

You can get extra mileage out of your pressure cooker by using the bottom pan section as a saucepan when cooking larger quantities of food on the stovetop.
