This was a gift to my daughter for Christmas. She is really, really pleased with the product and has enjoyed using it.
I cannot rate the product overall but from her enthusiasm I'd say it has to be a 4 if not a 5!
My one suggestion for your email site is that when someone orders and you are offering a savings on shipping, that it spell out exactly the parameters of when item will be received. In this instance, I had no option that I could readily see to change shipping to a quicker delivery and so the gift was not received by Christmas. This is not a complaint but rather a suggestion.
You can get extra mileage out of your pressure cooker by using the bottom pan section as a saucepan when cooking larger quantities on the stovetop.
