Muffin Top Pan is the Best

I ordered this item as I wanted to make low carb flax seed meal bread buns for sandwiches. When I got them in I used them right away and they were absolutely lovely. The little bread buns came out great and the muffin tin was wonderful by browning the bottom just enough to make the bread very tastey with a little crunch.

I am very very pleased with this product and recommend it for many other uses and to other people. It's also great for just using cake batter for little cakes instead of the whole muffin and by all means alot easier to frost!

I have also used the muffin top pan for making small omlets with eggs, diced ham, cheese and a little mushroom. I pour the egg mixture in the muffin top pan, add the ham, mushrooms and cheese on the top. You want to make sure you have enough room for the egg to expand and not go over the top then add your toppings.

They slide right out onto a biscuit, piece of toast or on one of my low carb sandwich buns. This is a terrific product! Thank you!!

My husband and I were searching for the right pan to make the same size chocolate chip cookies and the muffin top pan is ideal. Now all of our cookies are the same size. We love the pans!

I received this muffin top pan for a Christmas gift. My family loves it and they are always asking me to make muffin tops. I wish I had 2 pans because the mix I use usually makes 7 or 8 muffin tops. I have to wait for the pan to cool before I use it again to finish off the mix. I buy Betty Crocker or Krusteaz muffin mixes and they work just fine. Be sure to keep the directions that come with the muffin pan as the times and temps are different than the muffin mix directions.

What a Surprise!!!

I was originally looking for a pan to make rolls in for burgers and sandwiches. The muffin-top pan fit all the specs I was looking for. But what a surprise when I had leftover pancake batter! I made perfect BAKED 4-inch pancakes!!! (And they were flaxseed pancakes. Tasted just like buckwheat pancakes!)
Low fat, low cholesterol, heart-healthy!!!
Now I make perfect BAKED PANCAKES, refrigerate or freeze them for future use, and just take them out to microwave!!!
My only regret is that I didn't order two!
I will be ordering two more soon! Try it, you'll like it!!!

You won't be disappointed with this muffin pan. Just remember as with any darker pan to lower your heating temperature about 25 degrees so you don't over cook and dry out your baked goods. You may want to make some adjustments with the baking time. Just keep a closer eye on them until you have perfect results. Absolutely love this pan and my family love the muffins. I wish you could find these in the stores.

my husband had heard about making muffin tops so I bought it for him. it has been great I now have fresh muffins waiting for me in the morning. it took a few trial and errors to get the cooking time down but other than that it has b been a great buy. It's the only way to make muffins now.

I've made muffins and cupcakes in this pan and they turned out great! One box of cake mix yields about 12 cupcakes. The cupcakes are just the right height to give a good proportion of icing to cake. So glad I bought 2 pans, baking 6 at a time would have taken too much of my time!

Good pans

The pans are good! The first time I used them the muffins didn't even stick, which was really nice. The muffins didn't raise as much as expected, however I think that was due to the recipe I used. I will try again with a different kind of muffin. Overall though, great pans that can be used to cook other items (eggs).

I've enjoyed my muffin top pan. Since this is the part of the muffin people tend to favor it's great to be able to make these at home now. I enjoy making the lowfat muffin tops to enjoy without all the fat and calories.

I really needed 2 pans to give to my daughter who has been eyeing the muffin pans I have. Yours was too pricey at $14.00 each. I found mine at TJ Max for $6.00 a piece

As with most kids my kids prefer the tops of muffins to the rest of it so this pan is a hit. The muffin tops freeze well and are awesome - crusty if heated in the toaster oven or soft in the microwave. The pant also has so many other uses - when doing a "ice it yourself" type thing using this instead of regular cupcakes gives a larger area to work on and it can also be used to make mini-quiches which work for lunch or breakfast fresh or frozen as above.

My brother-in-law has been looking for this type of pan for years (ever since that Seinfeld episode about muffins, hahhaaaahhaha). I was so excited for him when he opened his Christmas gift and told me that he was so excited to get these pans. He, my sister and my nieces use the pans whenever the want muffin tops. They get a lot of good use out of them and I now regularly visit your website whenever I need something. Thanks for such a great product!

Great muffin tops pan!
by Laurel, MB
September 18, 2007

These pans are great! I bought two, which was a good idea, since most recipes make a dozen and why make only 6! They clean up really easy too. Just be sure to adjust the oven temperature a little lower as the pans are dark in color and the muffin tops will burn if not careful! I love them and are great for breakfast for visitors or for bake sales!

when I first used the muffin top pan instead of making just regular muffins, my family thought that it was a wonderful idea. They said they enjoyed eating the tops, how much more fun than just a muffin! I had to order more pans so that my daughters could have them in their homes ( their husbands requested the pans). Not easliy found in any cooking stores that I have shopped in.
