Solid construction, good quality non-stick released cleanly and easily. A lip at either end of the pan would make it much easier to handle when hot.
My mother-in-law searched all of last Christmas season for similar baking pans to make her special sugar cakes in. I found them easily on your site and they were such nice heavy well made pans. She was thrilled with them and kept remarking on how heavy they were.
So I was very pleased.
Love these pans. High quality, stack and clean well.
Chicago Metallic has never disappointed me in the quality of their products, so I had the same expectation for these mini loaf pans.
These loaf pans are perfect for when you have to create multiple batches for gift giving. It's even better for fruitcakes. Who can really eat a full sized loaf of fruitcake anyway? (alternatively, they are also closer to door-stop size) The only thing I would warn users about is that the underside of the rolled edge can collect water and rust. After washing them, don't let them sit upside down for an extended period.
My husband is a truck driver and I had been using the mini aluminum pans to hold homecooked meals for him. He has a plug in lunchbox to heat food
in. The problem with the throw away pans is that it was getting expensive.
They were not reusable like your heavy duty loaf pans. These are a much better bargin and we are enjoying them.
