  • We recommend rinsing your grater in wam water immediately after each use. Remove trapped particles from the non-sharp side whenever possible. To remove trapped particles on the front, first soak the tool in warm water and then use a cleaning brush to stroke in the same direction as the teeth
  • Store with blade covered when not in use.

    I've always wanted a microplane; not only are they well made but very sharp, zesting through citrus quickly. I plan on getting more grating equipment from this manufacturer.

    I have bought several zesters, and have thrown them in the garbage. So I was skeptical when I ordered this one. But I have been pleasantly surprised. It does exactly what I think a Zester should do. I definitely recommend this product.

    This is light weight yet has the quality that will last a long time. Absolutely love this and don't know why we lived with the bulky stand grater for all these years. This is great for zesting and for shaving cheese over dishes. This has become our "love to use on everything we can" kitchen tool.
