Best grater ever for citrus zest, nutmeg. I've had this model for years, plus a larger one for parmesan, etc. I bought this one for my Japanese DIL, who is a wonderful cook, after she admired mine when she was here on a visit. I can't imagine a functional kitchen without a Microplane!
Wow, this is a great zester. It works so good. It is easy to clean, doesn't get caught on everything. The zest or grated peel isn't mushy like other zesters I've use. I love it.
