I gave this product to my son as a Christmas gift. I have owned a Cuisinart processor for many years and aware of its quality and performance. After trying out his gift, my son said that it is a
The 7-c. Stainless model is great looking on the counter. It is a good size for pie crust, pestos, and blended dips. I use it frequently!!
I bought this for a friend for Christmas. She loves it and says it is the best processor she has ever owned. It is just the right size - others she has owned have been too large or too small. She is also impressed with the power and ease of use. I plan to purchase this model for myself.
I love it! easy to operate. Looks great on the counter and does everything it says it can do. No false advertising here.
Met all expectations
Super machine, small footprint for limited kitchens!
I originally had a DC-8 which Cuisinart no longer makes, so I bought this as a replacement. It is a little underpowered and a little small - but the 11 cup was overkill. If you need a cuisinart for small jobs or occaisional use this one is perfect.
I purchased this a couple months ago. Due to a busy work schedule, I only get to cook 3-4 times a week. The 7-cup is a great size for a small apartment kitchen. It's made my life one heck of a lot easier for sauces and vegetables; I'm not disappointed with its performance for slightly bigger jobs, either. I never cook for more than 5 people, so this was a perfect choice. I thought cleaning the pieces would be a nightmare, but it's surprisingly easy! I certainly believe I received a quality product for the money I paid.
I'm disappointed with this processor. It's NOT easy to clean or operate. The food chutes are awkward and clumsy. We must have bigger cucumbers, because ours would never fit down that chute! I'm unhappy with the power of the motor too. I crushed oreo cookies and it took a long time and left big chunks in the crumbs that I had to pick out by hand. I put in less and less and it still happened with only a few cookies to crush. It did the same thing with walnuts.

After this experience, I won't buy Cuisinart unless I have checked all the other brands. Everyone else seems to really like this product...... I can't for the life of me understand why!
