I like the weight of the pan; makes it easier to handle once you start adding ingredients and I love the color.

I like the idea of having cast iron style cooking with an smooth exterior I don't mind using on my ceramic cooktop stove.

I was skeptical at first because it was light weight, I was expecting to see uneven heat spots. But that was not the case. The first time I tried it I was shocked to see how great this pan is!

I have always liked cooking with cast iron, but it was just too heavy. This product solved that problem! It is a large fry pan but not heavy. It is easy to clean.just use water, and it cooks at a lower heat than other pans. All in all a great product..
