Been wanting one of these for 25+ years! Finally splurged & really glad I did. Love, love, LOVE it. Still learning & experimenting but have been very pleased with its performance with slicing, grating, making dough, and chopping. Would highly recommend. (Have owned smaller cheapo food processor & found it was frustrating & did not perform well.) The oversize opening to add items while the machine is on is FANTASTIC. Can load it up and handles beautifully. The smaller opening within the larger pusher is also great for pouring in liquid or smaller/narrower items. Bottom line - this is an investment if you're a serious or even moderately serious cook, but well worth it. I look forward to using this Cuisinart food processor for many years to come.

I love this food processor! Once you learn how to put the blades on, you're set. I've sliced potatoes and cucumbers. I've made tomato basil soup. I've made salsa with chopped vegetables. You should try it!

Easy to handle and works wonderfully. I have weak hands and have had trouble handling the equipment in the past i.e. putting the bowl on/removing from the base, locking lid in place and I could do this with out help. The food is processed beautifully in the blink of an eye.

We had this processor in an earlier version and it lasted for more than 20 years. When we replaced it we were pleased to see that the product had not changed much. Looking forward to 20+ more years!
