I AM VERY DISAPOINTED IN THIS KNIE SHARPENER...IT DOES A TERRIBLE JOB ! I HAVEW A FURI KNIFE WHICH WAS PURCHASED FROM FOOD NETWORK, IT WAS STILL PRETTY SHARP UNTIL I TIED TO TOUCHUP THE EDGE...IT IS NOW LESS SHARP THAN BEFORE USING THE SHAPENER. IMADE A BIG M9STAKE BUYING THIS PRODUCT.

It appeared by the picture that the user was using this sharpener to sharpen a serated knife; however, the instructions stated do not use for serated knives so that limits my use. I have tried all my other knives and they are all much much improved.
