We have updated our perennially favorite turnabout carver by adding a precisely engineered pour spout and pooling well to both sides. The spout will direct flow of juices cleanly back into a roasting pan for a quick reduction of gravy. We increased the size of the juice grooves and we lightened the weight. A contemporary cut out for securely holding poultry while carving is on one side and the reverse side is flat for beef or fish.

This is a great big cutting board..no more dripping juices down the kitchen cabinets. It will do well with the thanksgiving bird!!
