This is a beautiful pan for anyone who likes to make shortbread. It is heavy and won't rust. We made 5 batches this year. Make sure you spray the pan well with a cooking spray and then use a brush to go into the crevices. Then pat the dough well. When it is cool, carefully take a thin knife and just loosen the edges. It will invert nicely onto a plate.

I made the prettiest shortbread with this pan over the holiday!<br>I don't think it gets any easier when using this pan and clean up was a breeze. It also has a recipe included with it.
