Love this pan to make perfect sized individual desserts....takes a little effort to clean, but the non-stick finish makes it a timely effort, little elbow grease required!
So "cute." (Don't you just hate that word?) Bought this mainly for my Date Nut Bread/Muffins ... my recipe makes more batter than my one mini muffin tray can hold, and I thought this would be an attractive addition.<br>Also ... I tried the Cheesecake Brownie recipe included with the pan and it was a big hit ... but, I think I should have added more oil to the pan; had a bit of trouble getting them out in one piece! So, I unfortunately had to eat the pieces that came out unwhole. Ho hum.
I ordered this item because it said "12- 1/2 cup" thinking that each little cup would then make a cute cake that was more than two bites, small enough for a woman but large enough so that a man would be satisfied. On the picture of the 12 cup bundt product it said "12 - 1/2 cup" not so. Each cake will only hold about 1 1/4 tablespoon of batter. This is not what I thought it was going to be. I asked my husband what I should do ..should I keep it or send it back. He told me just to keep it, but what you all advertise is not what it is.It is not a 1/2 cup but only 1 1/4..nothing about it is 1/2 cup.
I am absolutely thrilled with my pan! I will definitely reccomend cooking.com to my friends!
I love this pan because you can either ice or not ice your cakes per the individual's choice. I have told all my friends about this pan also.

Don't be daunted by the challenge of greasing a bundform or Bundt pan. Try this tip to make it easier: apply melted butter to the pan using a pastry brush, making sure to get into all the crevices. Put it in the freezer for a few minutes to solidify the butter, then flour as usual.
