The fudge stuck in the pan. What a waste of time and money.

I really love this pan for candy. It is just great for all kinds of fudges. I have told all my friends about it.

Nordic Bundt/Candy Pan

I bought this as a gift. It hasn't been used yet, but the receiver was very excited & had been looking for this exact type of pan. I will say I have a 'regular' Nordic bundt pan & it's terrific; cakes & monkey-bread come right out leaving nothing in the pan, so I have every expectation this pan will be just as great...even with all the intricate designs.

Love the little cakes it makes and look forward to some other "Sweet" creations as I get to them.

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

Don't be daunted by the challenge of greasing a bundform or Bundt pan. Try this tip to make it easier: apply melted butter to the pan using a pastry brush, making sure to get into all the crevices. Put it in the freezer for a few minutes to solidify the butter, then flour as usual.
