I have not been able to use this product at this time. I am in Florida until May 5,2012, and I had this product shipped to my Ohio home. As soon as I return home I will most certainly use it. My grandchildren are looking forward to this, because this is their favorite cookie. i will be happy to write the review at that time. I have already found 2 receipes to try. One even has a shot of liquor in it.

This is an awesome product! I used it to make gluten free pizzelles and cannolis. Very easy to use, clean up was fast, the only problem I had was with the operator! I could not seem to roll three before they hardened~ I am sure that will come with practice.

The pizzelle iron made cute little pizzelles,just the right size for wedding cookies.We had to play with the temperature setting before we got the cookies right, the first patch came out a little hard from the temp being too high. We're pleased with our purchase.

I love the pizzele maker. Wouldn't be a holiday or special occasion in our household without one. I like the idea you can make 3 at a time..I am very satisfied.
