Great Iron
by Maureen, PA

This is a great little iron. I originally bought it to make stroopwafels, but was told that the grooves are too deep and wrong to make an official stroopwafel. But the indicator light works like a dream (my first week of use I made 5 recipes), not once was anything overcooked and I'm excited to try some of the recipes that were included. I can't imagine how anyone ever had any problems with this.

Cuisinart Pizzelle Iron

Easy to use and fairly easy to clean, especially if you've ever used one of the older pizelle irons. Our Italian Club recently made thousands of pizzelles in one day using only 8 pizzelle irons, so you can see the ease of use. Everyone raved about the finished product.

This product was recommended to me by a friend. I was unable to find it locally. Fortunately, I did see it on Cooking.com and purchased it. It arrived in a timely manner and was everything I knew it would be. I will be getting another one as a gift for my daughter. Also, the cleaning is very easy and takes up very little storage space. A great value!!

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

Here's a fun idea for your next kid's birthday party. How about doing a mini "ice cream parlor" in your home? Make homemade waffle cones with a pizzelle or krumkake maker, then let kids choose their own ice cream flavors and toppings.
