Pasta Roller Attachment Set (3-pc.) by KitchenAid

this product still needs two hands for disabled not reccommendent for the disabled

I have never attempted to make pastas prior to buying this attachment. I have made one recepie from the book that came with it and things went well. This week I will be attempting to make lasagna noodles with it and feel fairly confident that all will go well. Although I have no experience with making pastas using other rollers I believe that this is an effective machine and it works well.

I really do enjoy making pasta with this, I wish I didn't have to buy two more seperate pieces for angel hair and ravioli though. That's the only complaint.

We had a great time making ravioli. Machine attachment operated perfectly. The only problem we encountered was in using the fettuccini and spaghetti attachments. The pasta came out of the attachment just fine, but the cutting between each noodle was not deep enough because we had to spend so much time separating each noodle and finally got disgusted and threw them in the pot to boil them even though they were stuck together. Please tell me if this is normal. I heard you may have to separate them a little but not like we had to on every cut.
