I went to a cooking school in Italy. We made pasta and it took 3 hands. One to turn the roller and 2 hands to guide the fresh pasta out. I live alone and decided to enlist the help of my Kitchenaid. Once I got the hang of it, it was a breeze. I love my Kitchenaid and all the wonderful things it can do!

I think this is the best pasta maker, it is so easy to use and can be done buy one person. I have problems with my hands and this makes making pasta a breeze. I just love it and so does my husband because he now gets home made pasta more often.

Pasta making made easy

I love my pasta roller set. I used to shy away from making pasta because I grew up using the hand crank pasta maker, which took at least two of us to run it, and required a long time This automatic roller and cutter ran so smooth and quickly that I had no problems running the pasta though by myself. Even though I have only had this piece a short time, it looks like a very durable piece that will last a long time.
