Pasta Press Attachment by KitchenAid

I have used each die and after a little adjustment with flour it works well. Pasta dough needs to be a lot dryer than I am used to. I have made several different flavoured pastas and all came out well. The only con is cleaning the dies. I had to soak them for approx 5 days and use a toothbrush many times to get the dough out of the tiny crevices.

Like the product. Need to work with it more.

As with all of their products, the quality of the Kitchenaid pasta press attachment is excellent. It is super easy to use and clean-up is a snap.

to make yummy fresh pasta. My daughter and I took the press right out of the box and set it up after making a batch of our own pasta. I made the large macaroni/rigatoni and served it with a wonderful vegan alfredo sauce. It's a fun activity to do with my teen. Cleaning requires having the pasta dry on the plates in order to brush them out just as a note. Other than that, I love it and may look at other attachments now.
